Cleaning bench OP0062

The cleaning bench was developed by our design office to clean and pre-fill your pressure gauges before installing them on the calibration bench.

Thanks to its simplicity of implementation, it will allow you :

• to quickly wash with the fluid of your choice (water, oil, alcohol, etc.) the device to be calibrated
• to fill the pressure gauges at high volume to avoid the step of boosting the system with a manual pump

This cleaning bench considerably reduces the risk of contamination of comparison test pumps and dead weight testers when connecting the instruments to be checked. It will be a reassuring element for your customers because it will also preserve the instrument.

The bench is not compatible with vacuum sensitive devices.

When your cleaning bench is installed, the cleaning time of a pressure gauge takes

approximately 1 minute 30 seconds !
