The pneumatics dead weight testers are intended for testing, adjusting and calibrating mechanical or electronic relative pressure measuring instruments (pressure gauge, pressure sensors or transmitters or pressure switches, pressure standard) by comparison with a set of weights. They can be either a primary standard for calibration laboratories or a reference instrument in industrial settings.
They consist of a pressure generator, a piston/cylinder unit, a set of identified masses. Its principle is easy, P=F/S. it consists of generating pressure by applying weights to a piston/cylinder assembly. The pressure obtained is almost immediate and allows the instrument to be calibrated is compared to the pressure values generated by the dead weight tester.
Our reference have very high long-term stability and have very little drift. It is the most accurate calibration device thanks to its low measurement uncertainty. Our dead weight testers are scalable and can integrate the motorization of the weights, the addition of sensors and a calculator etc..

Pneumatics comparison test pumps are intended for testing, adjusting and calibrating pressure measurement instruments (manometers, sensors or pressure transmitters or pressure switches) by comparison with another standard instrument. These calibration benches are light and easy to transport; they are ideal for on-site interventions in an industrial environment but also in calibration laboratories.
They must be connected to an air supply in order to power the piston/cylinder unit except for portable versions. The capstan allows you to generate pressure by pushing the fluid through the variable volumes towards the pressure fittings provided to receive your reference instrument and the instrument to be calibrated. Our comparison benches are robust and easy to use and have a very high long-term stability. They have the possibility of evolving into a pressure dead weight tester by simply adding a kit comprising: a piston cylinder assembly and a set of weights.
Many accessories can complete it such as a calibration ramp for pressure gauge, a protective cover, a suitcase etc….
