Manufacturer's warranty

All calibration devices manufactured by AREMECA benefit from a "two-year warranty" manufacturing defects, from the day the product is invoiced by our administrative services.

During this period, products that prove to be defective will, first be appraised, then at AREMECA's discretion, either repaired or replaced free of charge. A COFRAC calibration certificate is not included for dead weight testers, only a factory certificate will be sent after repairing a broken piston. AREMECA's liability is limited solely to the replacement of defective materials or workmanship, and AREMECA accepts no liability for consequential losses.

The product warranty does not cover the breakage of parts by the operator such as the piston on a dead weight tester, or damage caused by :
- use not in accordance with the intended use,
- failure to respect the mode of use,
- use of the instrument by an unqualified untrained operator,
- a transformation/modification of the device carried out by the user,
- normal wear and tear,
- poor storage condition,

REMINDER : The operator must have read and understood the mode of operation and use of the device before beginning any manipulation.

In accordance with our policy of continuous development, we reserve the right to modify the specifications of our products without prior notice.
