Our technical team is on hand to carry out preventive maintenance or after-sales service on your appliance.

We have more than 30 years' experience in after-sales service for all brands (Bourdon, Budenberg, Desgranges, wika, etc.) and can respond quickly.

After-sales service protocol :

  • Send us your comparison bench or dead weight tester with its weights to the following address : AREMECA Zi Sud Rue Marc Seguin 41100 VENDOME  - France - together with your contact details, in particular your e-mail address, and a brief description of the problem encountered.
  • On receipt of your instrument, we will carry out a full assessment in order to draw up a detailed estimate for repairing your instrument. This estimate will be sent to you for approval.
  • To validate the after-sales estimate : you must send us your order form so that we can record and schedule the after-sales service.
  • To refuse the after-sales estimate : inform us by e-mail of your wish not to proceed with the after-sales service. In this case, you will be billed for the cost of the expert opinion + return postage.

We ensure the traceability of our interventions throughout the life of the appliance.

If, however, the maintenance costs prove too high, we will advise you on the choice of a replacement appliance.
