Transform your dead weight tester into a comparison bench and gain in measurement range !
The comparison bench that makes up your dead weight tester has a measurement range much greater than that of your DWT (except for the 200 bar with air and 2000 bar with oil models). For example, a BH2-300B SP dead weight tester has a CH2-1250B comparison bench, which makes it possible to calibrate pressure gauges up to 1200 bar without any problem.
By adding a simple connection kit, you can transform your dead weight tester (PCU set + set of weights) into a comparison bench and perform calibrations by comparison.
The connection kit includes :
- a connection base that replaces your piston/cylinder assembly (PCU)
- a sealing ring + its o-rings (ref OP0038)
- the adaptors of your choice (to choose on our standards) to connect your reference pressure gauge
Note : a reference pressure gauge can be offered as an option
